Delete your Keeper AI account
Request inside the app
Open Keeper AI and go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Confirm the request while signed in.
Request outside the app
Email sfaijan57@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Keeper account. Use the subject “Keeper AI Account Deletion Request”. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.

Your Keeper account and associated personal profile, personal documents and metadata, personal chat history, saved personal memories and usage records will be deleted. Organization content shared with other members may first require ownership transfer or may be retained in anonymized form where necessary to preserve shared workspace records.
Timeline and retention
Verified requests are processed within 30 days. Limited records may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
