Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Keeper AI, created and operated by Faizan Rafik Shaikh, handles information when you use the Keeper AI application.
Information we process
- Account information such as name, email address, profile details and Firebase user identifier.
- Documents, images, text, filenames, categories and extracted text that you choose to upload.
- AI questions, chat history, explicitly saved Keeper memories and related source context.
- Organization membership, roles, group messages and workspace settings.
- Limited technical and security information needed for authentication, fraud prevention and App Check.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate users, store and retrieve knowledge, provide search and organization collaboration, generate AI-assisted answers, prevent abuse, maintain security and provide support.
Service providers
Keeper AI uses Google Firebase for authentication, database, app security and Firebase AI Logic, and Supabase for document storage and metadata. Content selected for an AI request may be processed by Firebase AI services to generate the requested answer. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Sharing and sale
Keeper AI does not sell personal data. Information is shared with service providers only as needed to operate the features requested by the user. Organization content is visible to authorized members according to workspace roles and settings.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while an account is active or as needed to provide Keeper AI. Users can request permanent account and associated personal-data deletion inside the app under Settings > Delete Account, or through the external deletion page. Requests are processed within 30 days. Limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Security
We use authentication, role-based access controls and platform security features. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid uploading information they do not have permission to store.
Children
Keeper AI is not directed to children under 13. Schools and organizations using Keeper AI with minors are responsible for obtaining any required consent and supervising use.
